Harbinger Poem by Wesley Dante

Harbinger

Rating: 5.0

The test of temptation
And the dance before the game,
Silence from the ignorant,
Pittance for the lame.

Encounter the sea, yet defy the ocean,
The pendulum swings,
Its arms in motion.
Crush belief and test your fate,
Go ahead now, we lay in wait.

When the Silence comes
And the Darkness falls,
When the glass breaks
And the mourning calls,
When the wristwatch yields
And Time bends,
On a Shadow's cross,
The world ends.
