He Poem by Alexander Donnell

He

He sat espousing rhetoric and
Asking rhetorical questions.
Ready to report on what
He perceived as intellect

Blindly he stared in the face
Of illuminating truth as we know it,
His ignorance bridling the advance
Of those he criticizes callously

Deafening is his voice as he kritics
Drowning out the reason of laughter
Destroying those who he seeks to help.
This is the story of man,

He who seeks wisdom must accept
He who is wise already does
