I used to think when I loved someone lots
that picking petals off flowers would show how much
but the truth came out and I stopped such thoughts
years passed and the thoughts came back
this time they were different.
He loves me is that the truth?
he loves me not or abuse?
I guess I won't know but I might just try
but would that waste my time?
