He's Different Poem by Liz Eckel

He's Different

He's got a smile like no other
He's got a thing for the guitar,
He has a younger brother,
He's different from them all by far.

He treats me with respect,
I would travel for him at least a mile.
He seems almost perfect.
I would even swim through the Nile.

Then I wonder if he even notices me,
I'll find out sooner or later,
and one day possibly
we'll look out onto the sea,
And our love will grow greater.
Greater, that's my fantasy.
