He Set Free Poem by Tracee Olga

He Set Free

Way beyond my comprehension is his creation
He invented it all even circumnavigation
Nothing under the sun is new to him and his son
Am drawn by his love, at dawn I give praise
His spirit speaks I just lip sync, deep sinking in his mercy
Skin deep in his salvation, my greatest consolation

In the sea of sin I almost drawn, down I
Went knee deep then waist, seeing nothing hearing nothing?
Deafen by the sound of ranging storm
All I did was lip read but yet it was not
Comprehensible, but then I heard a whisper
A gentle luring whisper, I let go
Rendering me powerless, Dearing to protest, the whisper
Child you are a darling
Then concentration comes in condemnation out
Comprehension sinks, consolation increases the
Accommodation of this thought, he set me free with no fee
Simple like a sip

From complication to redemption, busy as a bee
That’s how my life become, as I bid farewell
To the life of sin, his forgiving eyes
I and left neat inside as daylight, full of
Delight as I watch the light shine among men
Main thing he made me free, a tree fruitful and grateful
That’s how I am in his eyes.
