Healing From Your Dark Night Poem by Raizza Steffi Egina

Healing From Your Dark Night

Anything you are experiencing now won't las forever,
No matter where you at it does got better.
You don't have to prove yourself from anyone,
Even your depression will gone one by one.

There's no right or wrong to combat depression,
We don't call people on wheelchairs weak.
We don't call people wearing crutches weak,
We call them strong and optimistic.

Look to the small things to find beauty in life,
Look to the fact that you can move left and right.
You can blink, smell and hear music,
Remember life is beautiful and fantastic.

Think in positive way and attract positivity,
Be with God and surely you will be happy.
I know it's very challenging to overcome depression,
But believe me once you did you will consider yourself a hero.
