Healing The Spirit Poem by JS Planetary World Bridger

Healing The Spirit

In the depths of darkness, where shadows reside,

A weary spirit seeks solace to abide.

Through trials and tribulations, it has been torn,

But within the heart, a flame still fiercely burns.

With gentle touch and whispers of grace,

Healing begins, its tender embrace.

A balm for the wounds, both seen and unseen,

Mending the spirit, as if in a dream.

In nature's embrace, find solace and peace,

Where the gentle breeze brings a sweet release.

The song of birds, a melody so pure,

Lifting the spirit, helping it endure.

In laughter and love, find strength to mend,

A friend's embrace, a shoulder to lend.

For in connection, the spirit finds its way,

Rekindling hope, banishing dismay.

Through self-reflection, find inner light,

Embracing the darkness, with courage to fight.

With forgiveness and gratitude, heal and forgive,

The spirit awakens, ready to live.

So let us nourish our spirits each day,

With kindness and love, along the way.

For healing the spirit is a journey we take,

A constant renewal, a path we make.
