All five thousand stand up,
Turn around three times,
Clockwise.
Raise both hands to the sky,
Turn around four times,
Anticlockwise.
Stop!
Bend and touch your toes,
Two times
Stop!
Two thousand sit down,
Cross your legs.
Three thousand stand up:
Wave the banners, right to left,
Five times,
Stop!
Take two steps forward,
One step backward,
Stop!
Throw the confetti,
On the two thousand
And turn three times
Clockwise.
All stand up and shout:
Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Jah!
Take one step backward,
One step forward,
And dip.
Take one step backward,
One step forward
And dip.
Shout:
Praise Him!
Praise Him!
Jah!
Light the banners,
Turn around three times,
Clockwise.
Shout:
Jah! Jah!
