Heard your voice from across the world Sailor, wow, all grown up

You sounded excited, happy and delighted where you were stationed

I was wondering, is this my son? is it really him?

He sounds different, so mature, but it was really you

I wanted to hear just the words 'I LOVE YOU'

I wanted to hear the words 'I MISS YOU'

I wanted to hear the words 'MAMA'

This was what mattered to me at the moment

Just listening to you say those words was important, Sailor

I knew it was going to be short and I needed to hear your voice

Again, until I see you Sailor again....come home soon....
