When you give up your heart,
you're doing your part.

When you decide to be selfish,
all she does is wish.

Everyone wonders why
you decided to die.

While running away,
on her 7th birthday.

You could've saved her life,
along with a lifelong family's strife.

But instead you kept it for you,
when you could've been a breakthrough.

Now think what would've happened,
if you just may have lightened

The life of pain,
you could've helped detain.

For she is now dead,
it's all left unsaid.

Both lives are over,
there's no second chance.
