Heartbreak Poem Poem by Michael Uduma

Heartbreak Poem

Oh I wish this was merely a movie role
To live without you was never the goal
My soul long for a daybreak
Every night I reminisce the heartbreak!

In my imperfection
I craved your attention
Too much expectations we had
Whereas reality is indeed hard

If to satisfy you was Mathematics
I did not check the statistics
I wanted more of you like an Oliver
Your needs I failed to deliver

Our breakup got its victory
I love you became history.
I miss the last night we had it
It was so hot and lit!
