Height - Poem by Cabaline xxx
You tower far above me,
so much better than I,
a perfect example of what I could have,
if I reached up and grasped you.
But...I can't, I am not good enough,
I need you to reach down and lift me,
to your level, make me an equal,
hold me there, tightly in your arms.
Never let me go, lest I fall,
and become worthless once again.
