Home - Poem by Cabaline xxx
Weary eyes, survey the land before me.
The gradual transformation, from the grassy,
yet almost barren islands, from whence,
I started my long journey.
Now the horizon and beyond is filled,
with dazzling lights which confuse me,
but seem to want to welcome me back.
This is a forgotten realm, which seems,
strange to me. This place I once new,
so well, has transformed into a stranger.
All in my short absence.
What a shocking and saddening thought.....
