Hello Poem by Hunter Jade East

Hello

Rating: 5.0

My name is dirt
And for what it's worth
I feel pain and honestly
I don't wanna feel no more

My name is mud
Covered in blood
Of the ones who came before me
Wash me clean

Hello there again
Won't you let me in once more?
I'm not well again
At the bottom of the bottle lying on the floor
Hello my friend
Or maybe I just use you because
I can't mend
And the barrel of the gun looks so much longer in your hands.
I realize how bad it's become
Why am I the only one
Who doesn't know who I am?

I am regret
Your new mindset
I'll make you hurt
For what it's worth it's worth it

Your biggest fears
All reappear
When you try to sleep at night
Just know that you'll be fine

Hello there again
Won't you let me in once more?
I'm not well again
At the bottom of the bottle lying on the floor
Hello my friend
Or maybe I just use you because
I can't mend
And the barrel of the gun looks so much longer in your hands.
I realize how bad it's become
Why am I the only one
Who doesn't know who I am?
