Hello, hello Halloween
Fun and frolic, you have been.
Eerie stories doing rounds
Shades of candles forming hounds.
Jack-o''lanterns grin and flicker
Incense's smoke becomes thicker.
Bizarre hats, grotesque masks,
Painted faces, pranky tasks,
Ghastly ghosts, gruesome goblins,
Glowing bonfires, revelry dins,
Sinister dogs, spooky cats,
Hooting owls, fluttering bats-
These and many more, Halloween make
The souls of dead- for their sake!
