Helpless, Voiceless Poem by Janine Alyssa Navarro

Helpless, Voiceless

incapable, helpless
sitting on a high wall
legs dangling lifelessly
hair upon a pale face
she hums a forgotten tune,
the world calls to her
its deafening
too chaotic
but she sat there
on her usual wall
helpless, voiceless
