Her Poem by David Agboto

Her

Just the sight of her I knew that I was gone
Not more than two minutes noodles, I'm done
I should have known
That It's too genuine a love it cannot be clone
I've gone through a series of things and now I'm grown
And may I sow my love,
So bare and visible with a glove
Nothing ain't dull it all will glow
it cannot be slow
rest on my love with a nice pillow,
might not be at my best capacity now
but rest assured we'll have more meetings than noun.
Sometimes, I might be ignorant
her daily dose of love will keep me relevant
everyone loves to feel important
and I can keep every detail just like an accountant.
I'm blunt,
more like an hunter I'll hunt
when I get the chance in the kitchen I'll flaunt
but never to worry I'll never get the food burnt.
You could be my laptop's password
to bed your name could be my last word
how long to your heart I need transport,
coming into her heart I hope I'll not be needing a passport,
might be building muscles now but not for assault.
and with her by my side we could build a nice catalog.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I met this young beautiful lady when I was leaving my state of deployment after a year serving my country and she wouldn't leave my head.
