Her And I Poem by khari lain

Her And I

Rating: 5.0

I smiled as she closed her eyes
And as her beautiful lips touched mine

I wondered how could this be
A girl who truly loved me

She was so tender to the heart
And I was gruesome and mean
But yet, we couldn’t be taken apart

I loved this girl very so
She ruled my heart, with a bow and arrow

Until one day she found another man
She told me it was her new plan

I begged and begged her to stay
But she never came back, another day

I was lost in my own world of sorrow
I didn’t think there would be a tomorrow

I decided to wait
I never closed my front gate
I just thought she might be late

I’ve grown old over the years
Sometimes it’s hard for me to commondere

But I have never forgotten her
She is not just a bluer

But now I guess I must die
Die alone
Without knowing why

that is so touching....i can feel the longing of never wanting to let them go because you finally had found someone who really loves you...and that is something you'll never forget...can never replace them....
