Her Way Poem by Lazarus Knix

Her Way

Haven’t you seen her as she goes?
With footprints white as Eskimos
And lips so soft as rabbit toes
Which flutter when she says hello?

And did you see the way she went?
Without one ounce of arrogance?
She leaves a man in full content
Yet nothing more, and nothing less.

And did you see the way she came!
Or were you blinded by her ways-
You froze, She fled, you curse you name
And pray that she shall come again
