This may be an impossible wish, or at least a hard one to attain, but I found it eminently reasonable. That's because
your tone is so measured, even assured. There's no desperation or panic displayed, just a sincere (that's the right word) confidence that your wish can be fulfilled without disrupting lives, or compromising anyone. It's fulfillment will not cause an unwanted ripple but will cause the happiness of the poet and her chosen one. I like the dimensions of this poem, its persuasiveness, its overall good will. This is what we mean by the pursuit of happiness, that is, we are already living within that happiness.
