rising from the dark shadows
forming from my ashes
leaving behind the dark, now,
here i stand

leaving behind all memories
welcoming my future
burying all past hatchettes, now,
here i stand

standing in the light of my own
breathing in my newly found freedom
celebrating being me, now
here i stand

tears and smiles transpire
fuelling my heart's desires
fearless of the fear, now,
here i stand

enjoying the beauty
the joy of finding me
which was lost somewhere, now,
here i stand

finally found my voice
finally found my element
finally rising to power, now,
here i stand..........
