Here's To The Few Poem by Robert James Busby

Here's To The Few

Here's to the few...

no I'm not interested
in reading the papers
I'm just sat here
wishing
it was the 1960s;
Lou Reed and the rain.

Locked up inside
playing life by the rules
all lost in the game
aren't we all fools.

Is my fate tied up to you?
At least that would explain
why were always together.

Here's to the few who thought
the future was 16mm.
