Heroin (The Last Neddle) Poem by Kevin Campbell

Heroin (The Last Neddle)

He fixed up her works
Got together her gear
She shoots up
For the second consecutive time

The rush waists no time
The high runs through her head
The rush hits again
This time fear

Its an O.D. situation
He takes a deep breath
Oh God!
Im still here
