Hey Ghetto president.
What steel made your veins?
Your revolutionary blood was
Boiled in the ancient bowls of defiance.
What clay molded you at creation time?
Your ascension to the political scene
Scorched the Emperor's bottom.
Your aluminium fists bestowed him a bloody nose.
What charms entice your freedom hymns?
Upon which the tyrant's eyes redden,
Like a hungry lizard starved for a fortnight.
What magic is concealed in your red beret?
What vigour brims your muscles?
Your heroic quest for social justice
Heaves a euphoric sigh of relief to multitudes.
They look up to you for liberation from tyranny.
What priceless value have you?
You are the David most dreaded
By the Goliath sitting at the bloody throne.
Younger than tomorrow, resilient like a rock.
