Hi! I'm A Slut..! ! - Poem by Bhoobalan Sabari

A trashed girl of thirteen, tamed by a hood
Bartering my flower as I bloomed out of bud
Days are meant to pain with nights I, a good
Damn! Why these veins still carry the blood?
It's a matter of lust and some things at wood
That left me suffer all alone in this evil world
I was thrown into this dark with no postcode
A little child sent just to cry, very much aloud
Never a one, but mere a demon for my cloud
And now I've to feed him through the crowd
A man, as every other day, just there stood
But this time, his hand spread an odd mood
There he goes, slaughtering me as his food
Now I cry, as ever, my eyes teared like flood
Besides pain, the cause here's my blood..!
Yeah! The bleed of heart and he's my so dad
Days of tears drained my pain and I'm proud
In this cruel world, I was never that bad...! ! !

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Narration of an young girl about her life,
- I'm a thirteen year old girl. I was raised, actually tamed, like an animal by a thug. For my life to go on, I'm selling myself everyday. I'm being addressed by many men here as bad but those are the ones who seek me as a meat material at nights. The guilt on my life, of this sort, kills me. Why am I still alive, if I were to continue my life this way?
- I was orphaned by my cruel heartless parents. They just had lust on each other and I happened to be their unfortunate ending. My mother had thrown me out in the street. Both of my parents chose their own way and moved out of me. As a small child, I suffered a lot for my living. I could find no one in the society to help me out. An evil man found me out and forced me into this life which I'm suffering now. I must feed him through the people coming for me.
- A man, just as another day, stood in my room. I could sense his touch, some way different. But nothing for my good, he too went away deserting me, into the crowds, unknown. As a little girl of thirteen, I use to cry away the days for my fate. But this time, the verse from the thug who raised me made my heart pump out. He told he was the moron that left me out in the street. Neither he nor I knew the relation between us. I cried for days on knowing this. Scenes of that night killed me for days.
- Only then I realised, in such a cruel world where a man and a woman do things just for lust, where a mother throws her child out in street to get herself rid of her bad name, where the people around bothers nothing and never comes out for the help of a small child, where the men treat girls just as meat, where a father doesn't know his child and assaults her, I am not that bad. When such cruel morons are destined to live, why shouldn't I?

- Stop child abuse...! ! ! ! Treat all girls alike. Respect them...! !

Very touching. We should take care of the girl child who is abandoned as a curse by her family as a burden. Keep up the good work.10++++++ (Report) Reply
