Hidden under the smile on my face
There is a sad and lonely place
Where I dream of loves grace
And the end of this race

Hidden under the pain on my chest
Theres a happiness quest
Where I hope for the best
And forget all the rest

Hidden under the anger in my scream
Theres a reoccuring theme
Where failure is the scene
And I lack a working team

Hidden under the thoughts on my mind
Theres care and confusion combined
Where I look but never find
And my hope gets left behind
