Hideous Beauty Poem by Stefanie Fontker

Hideous Beauty

A hideous beauty
Sinful lust?
You shout
Oh laughing lie
Hollow
Sorrow filled -
Heart
I beg to differ
Drenched in tears
Careless dares
I wish not to,
Follow
In self delusion
Oh weep, weep
To beg for mercy
A pitiful love
