Wise words they say, 'Cut coffee down,
Your pressure climbs, wear a worried frown.'
But morning cups, I cannot lose,
My low-down life, what else can I choose?
For life's machine, it needs a push,
When pressure dips, a sleepy hush.
That morning mug, a gentle friend,
On its warm boost, I can depend.
It wakes me up, when I am slow,
A little lift, to start the flow.
A cup or two, it seems so small,
Won't bring me crashing to the wall.
So sip it slow, don't overdo,
Just one or two, will see you through.
Keep it plain, no sugary cream,
And drink some water, a healthy dream.
