Him

he's different, she thinks
she's beautiful, he thinks
but he's kinda sweet, she sighs
and she's a bit insecure, he realizes
she bumps into him in the hallway
sorry, he apologizes
she grips his arm gently
he holds her close to him
and they are aware that they
cannot live without each other
they walk hand in hand to class
their peers stare
they could care less
I love you, he whispers
as I love you, she murmured
