Him - Poem by Zoe Biamonte

Hardly able to breathe
I shed a few tears
Unable to see
I know nobody hears

a scream escapes
From my lips
As he rapes
And drills my hips

I close my eyes
And try to ignore the pain
And ignore the lies
Ignore the rain

He throws me aside
To bleed and weep
How am i still alive?
How will i sleep?

I hug myself
And curl in a ball
I try to sleep on a cold shelf
But can't at all

He smiles at me
And laughs a great deal
He cannot see
That i need to heal

He talks weird
And ignores my pleas
Why dont you hear?
I'm on my knees

He finally gives in
And throws me my clothes
No one knows but him
No one knows...
