There is nothing I can say
There is nothing I can do
To show how sorry I really am
And my love for you is true

I hope to move the mountain
Lord knows that I am trying
Every time I speak the truth
You think that I am lying

I didn't do it by myself
Had help from God above
He showed my the err of my ways
And turned my pride to love

He knows the mistakes that I have made
And forgave me anyway
He gives me hope for tomorrow
By changing me today

My heart was full of sorrow
And He brought out my best
Because of you I sought the Lord
With your spirit I was blessed

I hope you walk this path with me
My love please take my hand

Into the promise land

For His promise is never broken
Like the ones I made before
The life that I once gave you
