Hobbling On Their Carts Comments

It would seem the theme of this poem is something like - Don't be concerned about your transportation method - even the most humble vehicle, if it gets you to your destination, is a worthy tool - if it's an animal give it a treat, if it's a machine check the oil, if it's your feet praise them - whatever you used it is part of your achievement and deserves due credit. I'm going to treat my Ford Escape to a car wash tomorrow and take off all of the grime and dirty snow that's accumulated, and I'll wager the engine will purr out of gratitude.
