Holding You Poem by Richard Goolsby

Holding You

Wish I was the one holding you,
When the sun fades away,
Wish I was the one caressing you,
When the moon and stars come out to play.

Holding you in my arms,
Pulling you in so close and tight,
Not ever letting go,
Till after the early mornings light.

Making you feel as tho your a princess,
From a far away land,
Their price has now rescued,
In ways which you had always dreamed and planned.
