Home - Poem by Christina Conseco

Another winter say has come and
Gone away
In Paris and Rome
And I wanna go home

And I'm surrounded by a million people I
I still feel alone
But I wanna go home
Oh, I miss you you know

And I've been keeping all the letters that I wrote to you
Each one of them a line or two
'I'm fine Baby, How are you? '
Well I would send them but I know that its not just enough
My words were cold and flat

I wanna go

Christina, this reminds of the song 'Detroit City' by Bobby Bare. I hope you get your wish. This is a very nice poem, and thank you for sharing.

    Love & hugs,
