When my lessons have all been learned,
Then I will see how I have yearned,
For things that were not real,
Then I might pause and kneel,

I’ll speak to Him so true,
And I’ll know why I was blue,
He’ll take me by the hand,
As we walk the road of sand,

We’ll talk in words I did not know,
And I’ll see the final episode,
Of a life he gave just to me,
And then he’ll say “You’re finally home”

Come to my arms they’ll hold you tight,
There’ll be no more suffering or strife
You’ll stay by me for the rest of time,
You’ve always know that you were mine,

I’ll hold you in these lucid arms that are so true,
No more will you feel so blue,
No more shadows, just guiding light,
You’ve come to daylight from darkest night,

You’ll stay by me forevermore,
No more tears or feeling sore,
No more loneliness or feeling scared,
Giving you more than you ever dar
