Home Made - Poem by SINDISWA S. MNGUNI C'NDY

rough and tasty it looks
attracting with good smell it seems
my palate senses (ntamh, ntamh) tonight
tonight the madrigal shall start

my stomach jumps and stands on its feet
my lips keep on dancing and playing
my hands are walking around and tunning
no! I say, what's on the jug asking..

am I dreaming or thinking
anybody home, i want that...
that on the jug, i want it..
my ears stand anybody head?
I shall shout with my toung maybe

Ithink and think on my mind it rings
my senses are back to normal, my feet
and hands and dad they come
they sing 'home made cookies dear'.

    Beautiful poem, C'ndy.
You should write some more. you do have talent.
Our life tends to be mean double as much if we manage to write out our thoughts and feelings and share them with the world
