Hopeless Eulogy



Our thoughts do not recall a time
When angels walked this Earth
The life we have is the Heaven we get
And not planned before our birth
The dreams we have are the only plans
Considered any worth

The paths we walk doth soon expire
And life's roads lead us to the pyre.
