Horrible Truth - Poem by Sam Bowen

I can’t take it anymore
I’m going to snap
My only option has to do with this razor
Now I am bleeding and feeling light headed
I feel as though
All my problems have washed away
Tomorrow once again
I will feel this way
And the only thing that can help
Is this blood stained razor
Someday this won’t work anymore
Then death will be my only option
And the only person I will tell
Will be my friend over the phone
And she will pass on this horrible truth
So then I will take this gun and close my eye
And I will leave this place forever
All my blood is now all over the floor
And now I am gone
