How A Poet Loves Part 9 (The Apology)

I would give you the stars

But you shine so much brighter

I would give you chocolates

But your love is so much sweeter

I would give you the world

But you are already the Sun

And without you I can’t breath

You are my lungs

You are my heart

And I treated you as if I never needed you

When the truth is you’re a necessity

That I especially and direly need and want

Your love still haunts me

I can’t sleep

I was your pillow and you were my cover

And I know I lied and slept with another

But please you’re my baby and you’re having my baby

And my life has been hell without you lately

Please reconsider our love

I remember our love

Was really true love

I was stupid struck by cupid looking for new love

When all I really wanted was us

I’m ready to except my responsibility

Give me a response to let me know you still feeling me

That you remember me for who I was and not what I did

I want you to love me again so together we can love our kid

Please...
