How Easy Comes My Youth - Poem by J.B. Eagar

how easy comes my youth
thy kiss and i am whole
such trickery
such laughter
o take me here each day

how bright the sun doth shine
when thou art in my arms
vex the moonrise
vex the stars
you light eternal dreams

how easy life may seem
the way your gown is drawn
come with mildness
come with bliss
and save our souls as one
