How Poets Wronged Rose Poem by Chiugo Precious Igwegbe

How Poets Wronged Rose

How poets wronged poor Rose

Name a poet who never wronged Rose and I will name he or she who never wrote a poem.

Guilty as charged, I will confess;
Poor Rose has suffered by my pen.
Twice I accused rose with bleeding and being grey.
I know of none who will save the poor flower from poet's clinch.

This beaut has been wronged, tortured
Nortured, scented, cuddled and trashed; by all writing tips.
Bards you are guilty as charged!
Rose and it's thorns needs some love.
