How We Are Poem by Tammi Celina Lyons

How We Are

Memories that cross my mind
I can't seem to stop the past.
Memories of seeing that has happened
I can't seem to be myself.
No one understands anything about me,
And yet, they all make fun of me.
They can't seem to know anything that all.
They're fools.
But honestly, I can't stay mad at them forever.
They are forever with God's trust no matter how
They think they are,
No matter how they act,
No matter how they want to be,
Who really care?
Only and forever God.
And so I should move on
So I know I will be as worth being
In this world for He made us all.
