Human Colony On Mars

one way Mars ticket
pioneers deserve bouquets
life's way - a new, quest
.
rest of life on Mars
no return plans, from so far
and, no to tears
.
path-breaking mission
fear for these soldiers, should shun
of best they are one
.
premature some die
as what we know some are lies
to live they do try
,

have faith in scientists
who resolve, problems in, list
may still find some twists
.
new hope for mankind
from living, on, Mars, to find
answers for earth's grind
.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
grind: hard dull work; There is a plan to send humans to Mars for colonization, by 2032 under Mars One Mission- a private initiative.These men and women, will not be able to return, as technology for return has not yet been established. They are pioneers who will conduct various experiments during rest of their lives.There are some uncertainties due to funds crunch and certain technical difficulties. However, Mars colonization has to happen sometime, sooner than laterr!
