Human Nature Poem by Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Human Nature

Who is she?
What is the reason why you like her?
When did you start seeing an interest in this girl?
Where did you first go when you saw my arch enemy?
Why don’t you like me?
How can you even make a comparison?

Her hair has split ends, is frizzy, and nappy
I don’t care if I’m going to sound catty
My eyes are pretty, while hers are duller
Comparing my complexion to her skin color
She has a face that isn’t a clean slate
You like her when her nose isn’t even straight
A mouth that is ugly and lips that are way too thin
This girl has a voice that is very dim
Ears that are way too big
Come on now, she looks like a twig
Does she even know how to dress herself?
Someone, please give her some help

Don’t give labels, because they are only used for soup cans
If I hadn’t judged, maybe I would have found out how sweet this girl really was
Another thing I would have found out was that she has one thing that I don’t
The girl that I made accusations to has a real personality, something that I will never claim nor possess
