I'm scared and I'm lonely
I live my life blind
I pretend to see what's not there
In this world of illusions
I am alone
I wanna do better
I wanna try harder
I wanna believe
Come on show me what its like
I can't quite recall his face
A pale shadow casts over
My paralyzed vision
Of what my eyes can't see
And what my heart won't feel
Maybe its too late for me
