Yes I can sargent yes I can sargent yes I can sargent, thats what I think when the runing gets hard. Sweat poors down my face. That's all right because the moto is yes I can sargent.
We've all done twenty push up's but it ain't enough sargent. Ten more should do the trick. Now with the workout all over and done. We all feel it in are tried but strong bodyes. As we perare for the runing that we are about to go though with.
We don't get tried we just crave for more. One two three miles ain't no sweat we want more. We all love to run thats just what we do all day long. To work up a sweat its just what we do. The boys think they got us girls beat please we could do laps around you ''bad boys''. Girl rock harder than boys ever could.
