I Am God, Says Love Poem by Genova Maaa my mother

The anonymous author of
„The Mirrors of simple souls" writes:
„‘I am God‘ says love,
‚for love is God and God is love‘.
And this soul is God by her condition of love:
But I am God by my Nature Divine.
And this is hers by the justice of love.
So that this precious one loved of Me,
is taught, and is led of Me out of herself…
This (soul) is the eagle that flies high,
so right high and yet more high than
does any other bird; for she is
feathered with fine love‘" (157, b) .
