I Am My Writing - Poem by Taylor Dubay

and try to feel what they are feeling
try to claw my way into their hearts and minds
scoop out the very fabric of their being
identify their fears, desires, and happiness
what makes them tick?
what makes them happy?
sad? angry?
I know, I feel
I am
