As I travel through this life, every passing day,
I am not afraid, of whatever comes my way.
As I continue on, I see the hatred and the fears.
I am not afraid, for I am able to shed my tears.
I will overcome, anything that comes along,
I am not afraid, for I know my will is strong.
I look around, at all the senseless violence,
I am not afraid, for in my heart lies patience.
I look around, at the souls unable to roam,
I am not afraid, for I know I'm going home.
Looking out I see, all the hatred that they send,
I am not afraid, for I know we'll be judged in the end.
