I have lowered my head but not the eyes
there is still fire burning inside.

Go beat the drums and be on your toes
there is no place where you can hide.

I can still see the sky and pierce it through
i have laid down my sword but i still got a knife.

Gather your men and see if they can
keep me away from what got my eyes.

There is no battle which i leave behind
I have been wounded, but i am still alive.
